Checkout authorisation, hosting, email and parcel arrival can rely on independent providers with their own technical limits. APARCAME remains responsible for its obligations but cannot control every bank, network or carrier event.
Checkout submission is an offer to buy. APARCAME accepts only after successful checkout authorisation confirmation and an denim order record; obvious listing errors, unavailable stock, parcel arrival restrictions or suspected fraud can require rejection or cancellation and an appropriate purchase credit.
Terms may be updated prospectively as denim jackets, high-rise jeans, skinny cuts, cropped flares and wide-leg silhouettes or store operations change. If one clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses continue; mandatory consumer rights are not removed.
Only checkout authorisation methods displayed for the current basket and destination can be selected. The service partner may request authorisation or authentication, but an unfinished challenge, temporary hold or failed attempt is not an accepted APARCAME denim order.
Once APARCAME approves and submits a purchase credit to the original checkout authorisation method, banks and checkout authorisation providers may need 7–24 business days to post it. Fit desk cannot redirect that purchase credit to a different card, account or person.
APARCAME counts 30 calendar days from recorded parcel arrival for an eligible fit return request. The item must still be capable of the category-specific inspection described here, so the deadline does not override condition requirements.
When the reason is preference, fit or another non-fault choice, the denim shopper arranges and pays tracked fit return shipping. The parcel remains the denim shopper's responsibility until the authorised fit return point receives it.
When photographs and review confirm a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item, APARCAME provides or pays for the reasonable fit return route it authorises. Sending it elsewhere before instructions may prevent that route from being used.
The checkout total on aparcame.com includes applicable taxes and import duties. If parcel arrival carries a separate charge, that line is shown before checkout authorisation authorisation rather than being hidden inside a denim piece price.

APARCAME sets aside 1–3 business days after accepting an denim order to check the selected waist size, wash, fastening and pack option. This preparation period finishes before carrier transit begins; weekends, public holidays, checkout authorisation review and unresolved address questions can move the handover date.
After the parcel leaves the workshop ledger, the carrier estimate is 10–20 business days. That window describes travel rather than preparation, and remote service, weather, customs review or a failed parcel arrival attempt can extend it.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent order details, introduce malicious code or burden the service with automated requests.
Logos, photography, page design and written catalogue material may not be commercially republished without permission. In this collection, the specific misuse to avoid is turning a fit description into a guaranteed personal measurement.
A purchaser must provide accurate contact, parcel arrival and checkout authorisation order details and use a checkout authorisation method they are authorised to use. Questions involving waist position, hip ease, recovery, wash and hem profile should be raised before submission.
These terms apply when a visitor uses aparcame.com, submits a checkout or contacts APARCAME. The Checkout authorisation, Shipping, Fit return and Privacy pages are part of the same shopping framework.
